The company was established in February 2016. Back then, we undertake smaller projects and mainly as a subcontractor to the bigger construction firms on the island. We cater projects to them specializing in mechanical works, renovation, carpentry, repair and maintenance on commercial facilities and residential homes.

Construction is one of the major industries and also one of the biggest economic indicators on Guam. The company grew progressively and concurrent with the continuous development and need for construction services on the island. The main catalyst of the company’s success and rapid growth were:

* The growing visitor’s industry requiring building more hotels and other tourism infrastructure.
* The increased in demand for construction services needed in the recovery from devastations caused by series of typhoons that passed through the island.
* Increased US Military presence which required construction of buildings and renovations of numerous military facilities

All these brought in more bid projects and continuous growth in the company. It was at this period when the business started offering more comprehensive services in design work. This give the company an opportunity to engage into contracting and subcontracting larger scale bid projects.

The company also aggressively put out bids for projects within the military bases – U.S. Navy and U.S. Air Force. These projects established the company’s good reputation and lasting relationship with the Federal Government.

We pride ourselves on having implemented and maintained company-wide Safety, Health, and Environmental (SHE) Management System that provides for the safety and health of all members of the organization during the execution of all the project works. With the commitment to our existing SHE Management System, all employees were provided with tools and knowledge they need to increase safety awareness and reduce risks in performing on every project we manage. This resulted to the continuous decline of OSHA recordable occupational injuries and illnesses.
